Where are you located?

  • We are based in Perrysburg, OH. Currently we are online only.

Where do you ship to?

  • We currently ship throughout the United States. All orders ship USPS Priority Mail.

Will I receive an order confirmation or tracking number?

  • Yes. You should receive an order confirmation directly after placing an order. Once your order ships you will receive an additional e-mail with tracking information. If you don't get a confirmation or tracking information e-mail, please reach out to us for help.

How do refunds work?

  • Returns are for store credit only and no refunds will be issued. Please contact us to initiate a return. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
